• Returns & Exchanges Policy

    We strive to provide the best products and service possible. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. This means that our lashes, accessories, and bundles cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@lashylab.com with your Order Number and a photo of the product. If the item is deemed defective, you will be eligible for a replacement of the same item. Don't worry! We will cover the cost of a replacement. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your request.

  • Order Modifications

    After you place an order, changes can only be made before our internal warehouse team picks the order and generates a tracking number. Please note that you will receive two separate emails: an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, it is no longer possible to make any changes to your order.

  • I mistakenly enter an incorrect shipping address, what can I do?

    If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@lashylab.com. We will do our best to assist with your change request, though we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated once an order is confirmed. All orders placed with an incorrect or invalid shipping address will be subjected to applicable return-to-sender fees.
