Refund & Returns Policy
All items (excluding final sale items) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and unopened. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
To start a return or exchange, please have your order number and email address ready. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email (please check your junk or spam folder if needed). Contact us at support@lashylab.com to initiate the process.
If you choose an exchange and the requested item is out of stock at the time your exchange is submitted, the item will be refunded, or you may opt to join our waitlist.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to offer an immediate refund for a change of mind, as our customer service and fulfillment teams operate separately. Your order may have already been packed, fulfilled, or had postage purchased.
